Some days in October are cold, others are really... REALLY toasty. Lindsey & Yuri can attest to unpredictable weather, and how you can't let it get in the way of doing what you love (or creating beautiful images for your engagement session!). Yuri prepared his proposal to Lindsey months in advance only for his plans to be thwarted by one of the most powerful thunderstorms of the 2019 Dallas summer.

Lindsey started off in her sweater and ended up stripping down to her favorite tank top. This adventurous couple had no problems hiking to the Filter Building. But first, we had to commemorate this time with two of the most important girls in their world - chocolate labs who go by Kiss and Tootsie.

Tootsie just had a life threatening injury, which thankfully healed quickly. She donned an adorable bald patch on her left front leg for the session. It's a testament to Lindsey & Yuri's endearing love for Tootsie that she was able to recover at all.

Honestly I think we could all take a few "adventurous" notes from this couple, who met during their time in college working towards being athletic trainers. Encouragement (and biceps), noted.
